DESCRIPTION:Melody DanceFit and Dress for Success Austin present a special outdoor Dance and Donate fundraising event located at Fareground! Join us to raise money for our community and have a great time doing it. We’re asking attendees for a minimum $10 donation. This event will be kid-friendly\, so bring the whole family and get involved in the community! Halloween costumes are encouraged! RSVP link below under Venue >website.\n\nAbout MDF\nWe take the intimidation out of dance\, so that you can reap all the benefits from it. Dance is scientifically proven to improve mood and reduce stress. It’s not only good for the body\, it’s one of the best workouts for your brain. The transformation that comes from dance is primal and powerful. Who cares if you’ve never been good at dancing? Dance to feel good\, not to look good. This is a mental release and a practice in letting go of control. MDF cultivates an uplifting community to increase joy in the lives of others and remind you that you are never alone.\n\n\nAbout DFSA\nSince 2003\, Dress for Success Austin has served over 17\,000 women+ in Central Texas through referrals from 100+ non-profit and government agencies. Through our six active career development programs\, we provide women with the resources\, tools and support they need to not only secure gainful\, fulfilling employment\, but to continue growing personally and professionally long after their last appointment. We empower women+ to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support\, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and life.
