DESCRIPTION:Join us one-hour Melody DanceFit class where we release the pressure\, get grounded in the body\, and regulate our nervous system – all through the somatic modality of dance. Come to move\, laugh\, & have fun and leave feeling energized\, empowered\, and inspired. Melody DanceFit classes are accessible for all levels and no dance background is needed. This is a safe and nonjudgmental space for all fitness levels. Ages 13 and up welcome. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Let’s feel\, deal & heal!  \nNEW TIME & NEW LOCATION! PARKING INFO FOR FITCIDENCE! All guests can park in The Rail’s garage right behind the studio. Input code 6094 at the keypad near the entry gate\, you’ll have to exit your car to do this. Make sure to leave space between your car and the gate as it opens outward. Exit garage on foot by entering code 6904 again at the keypad near the stairway closest to entry gate. Go up one flight of stairs\, exit\, and you’ll see the door to the outside on your right!
